Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks after artwork approval. That clock starts once art is signed off and payment is received via the payment link — not when you first submit the order.

Upload your crest plus home, away and/or alternate jersey artwork, and any sponsor marks. Clear PNGs work best (under 5MB each). Crest plus at least one jersey set unlocks kit choices on the roster. If something needs a tweak, we’ll flag it before the quote is finalised.

Until artwork is approved and the quote is finalised, email us with your order reference and the change. After production starts, roster or size changes may not be possible — or may need a new quote.

Use the size chart and measure chest at the fullest point. Goalie cuts use the same labels with extra room for equipment. You can also share the size link from the roster so players fill their own sizes.

Check the roster carefully before you send. Made-to-order kit can’t be returned for a different size once produced. If we print something that doesn’t match the approved artwork or finalised roster, contact us with your reference and photos — we’ll put it right.

Artwork and bag data save in this browser on your device so you can leave and come back. Clearing site data, using another device, or a private window won’t keep that local save — download your order file from checkout if you need a copy.

You (or your club) keep ownership of the artwork you upload. By ordering, you confirm you have the right to use club crests, sponsor logos and player names. We use your files only to produce and fulfil the order.
