Who we are

Linechange Jerseys (“we”, “us”) provides this website so clubs can design kits, build a roster and request a quote. For privacy questions, contact us at nick@linechangejerseys.com.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Contact details — name, email, team/club name, and any notes you send at checkout.
• Order details — roster (player names/nameplates, numbers, sizes, kit choices), extras in the bag, estimated totals and order reference.
• Artwork — crest, jersey and sponsor files you upload so we can produce the order after artwork approval.
• Device storage — design, roster, bag and theme preference saved in your browser (local storage) so you can continue an order on this device.
• Technical data — basic server or hosting logs (for example IP address, time and pages requested) generated by our hosting provider when you visit or submit an order.

We do not take card details on this site. You’ll get a payment link after the quote is finalised (after artwork check).

Why we use it

We use this information to:

• receive and confirm your order;
• review artwork and send a finalised quote;
• communicate about production, shipping and support;
• keep a record of the order for fulfilment and accounts;
• improve the reliability and security of the site.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are typically contract (to take and fulfil your order) and legitimate interests (running and securing the website, responding to enquiries). Where we rely on consent for optional marketing, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share data where needed to run the service, for example:

• Email delivery — order confirmation and staff alerts sent via our email provider (currently Resend, or another provider we configure).
• Hosting — the website and order endpoint are hosted on our hosting platform (for example Netlify).
• Fallback form tools — if configured, a form service may receive the order payload instead of or alongside our own endpoint.
• Production partners — roster and artwork details shared only as needed to manufacture and ship your kit.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision) as part of their service terms.

How long we keep it

Order and contact records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle queries, and meet legal or accounting requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Browser-saved design and bag data stay on your device until you clear site data or remove it in the app.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. We use local storage for theme preference and to save your in-progress design, roster and bag on this device. Clearing your browser data for this site removes that local copy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, email us using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Children

Orders are placed by clubs or adults organising kit. Roster nameplates and sizes may relate to under-18 players; that information is used only to produce the kit. If you believe we hold data that should be removed, contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes (for example when payment providers are added). The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
